PROCEEDINGS OF THE COUNCIL

33. The Council may meet together for the despatch of business, adjourn and otherwise regulate their meetings as they think fit' and determine the quorum necessary for the transaction of business. Unless otherwise determined, four elected Council members will be a quorum. Subject to the provisions of Clause 3 of these Articles questions arising at any meeting will be determined by a majority of votes, but in case of an equality of votes the Chairperson will have a casting vote.

34. Any four members of the Council may, and the Secretary at the request of such four members of the Council, will at any time summon a meeting of the Council. It will not be necessary to give notice of a meeting of the Council to any member thereof for the time being absent from Ireland.
