PROCEEDINGS AT GENERAL MEETINGS
16. No business will be transacted at any General Meeting unless a quorum is present at the commencement of the business. Fifteen members or fifty percent of the entire membership in person will be a quorum whichever is the lesser.

17. If within thirty minutes from the time appointed for a meeting a quorum is not present the meeting if convened on the requisition of members will be dissolved. In any other case it will stand adjourned to the same day in the following week at the came time and place and if at such adjourned meeting a quorum is not present within thirty minutes from the time appointed for the meeting the members present will be a quorum.

18. The Chairperson if any will preside as Chairperson at every General Meeting of the Register but if there is no such Chairperson or if at any meeting he/she is not present at the time of holding the same or will be unwilling to preside! the members will choose some one of their members to preside as Chairperson at that meeting.

19. The Chairperson may with the consent of the meeting' adjourn the meeting from time to time and from place to place! but no busi-ness,will be transacted at any adjourned meeting, other than business left unfinished at the meeting from which the adjournment took place.
