GENERAL MEETING

11. The Register will hold a General Meeting in every calendar year as its Annual General Meeting at such place and time as the Council will determine and will specify the meeting as such in the notices calling it.

The first Annual General Meeting will be in 2000 and succeeding Annual General Meetings not more than fifteen months after the preceding Annual General Meeting.

All General Meetings other than the Annual General Meeting will be called Extraordinary General Meetings.

12. The Council may whenever they think fit convene an Extraordinary general Meeting and the Council will convene an Extraordinary General Meeting on the request of not less than 8 members or 40% of the membership of the Register, whichever is the lesser, at the date of the deposit of such requisition.

The request must state the objects of the meeting, must be signed by the members requesting the meeting, and deposited at the office of the Register
